all 3 classes using them Jim...They know how to get heart rates, check files, record laps, students are comfortable with HRM's...need to become more comfortable with PE Manager

Kevin - worked with HRM this summer...tried activity period with 8 students..kept files....Q - one class using monitors ...how to keep track of monitors shared by several students (Shaun Fletcher will also be working with Kevin on this project)
Jamie - Has students using getting familiar with HRM's (3,4,5) 's using them...wants to learn how to incorporate PE Manager
Colleen - would like to use with other schools (perhaps borrow from Ian Baillie) cost of banners for Colleen...
Mike - taking over from Sherilynn - will be working primarily with Grade 3 students - used the HRM but basically starting from ground zero
Paula - identified classes with whom she was working...has not used Trifit SHe brought two colleagues with her Shannon Brander and Julie Verzilli

Downloading Your HRM in PEM 9:30
Gaston is generating class lists. Gaston sent school lists for all D16 member schools....included the fields ID, Last name, First Name, DOB, Gender....Members need to go in and assign teachers and courses fro each student.
Straps to be exchanged as large are too big...will identify numbers for Alain

You can add a skill and select the number of scores you wish to create for the skill

Alain showed us how to synchronize the Pocket PC and how to enter grades
We can also download heart rates onto pocket PC instead of interfacing with razor.
Jamie could not download files from HRM's onto pocket PC..others seem to be experiencing similar problems
TriFit700
Alain did and overview - update from previous sessions
Problem - razor needs to be safely removed like a USB drive although it may not be recognized. Need to find a solution as removing the razor without selecting the remove safely icon can cause computer to crash.
Alain showed how to update student lists for TriFit 700. This is also in the binder.
Q - Tammy - How do we remove/delete names scoobie doo for example (many at one time) instead of just one at a time. For example, how do we delete graduating class? Alain will find out.

Go to defaults, select auto pilot, select the fitness tests we are using
Airplane on green will allow for establishing a protocol. Students were tested one at a time at MVHS and they were assessed on all tests Tammy and Jim had selected.
From PRINT tab we can produce a number of differnt types of reports.
Reports - Summary and Graphical
Utilities, then Group reports, select all records less than age 18, males only (for example)
